This cute little dress will bring out the sweet angel of every little girl. Made from different stips of fabric from April Cornell collection in blues and yellows which bring back memories of spring and summer. Full skirt makes for lots of twirling power and the dress is even more full and poofy when worn over my petticoat slip with netting ruffles. Dress size 1-3 comes with matching bloomers.
